Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Simul Studio app ("the App"), made by Roadman Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.

Free Trial and Purchase

• The App lets you export a limited number of photos for free so you can evaluate it.
• The full version is available as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices through the App's "Restore Purchase" option.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you create or edit with the App. Your photos are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any photos you import.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the App, and not to use it in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, presets, and branding, is owned by Roadman Studio and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Film stock names referenced by preset styles are used descriptively; the App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any film manufacturer.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of photos or data. Always keep backups of photos that matter to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
